TUKIYOMI CO.(hereinafter referred to as "TUKIYOMI") will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines and other guidelines concerning the protection of personal information, and other related laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information in handling personal information obtained by the Company.
With respect to the protection of personal information, we shall implement appropriate organizational, physical, personnel, and technical measures, and shall take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information handled by us and to otherwise safely manage personal information.
The acquisition, use, and provision of personal information by the Company shall comply with the following
(1)Acquisition of personal information
The Company shall acquire personal information to the extent necessary for the operation of the Internet information provision website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") managed by the Company. The Company shall acquire personal information from general users of the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Users") to the extent necessary for the operation of the Internet information provision website managed by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). (hereinafter referred to as "User") or a person who posts advertisements on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Advertiser"), to the extent necessary for the operation of the Site. (2) Personal information may be obtained from users or advertisers.
(2)Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Except as stipulated by law or with the consent of the owner of the information, we will not use personal information obtained by us beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use stipulated below.
1)To provide information on and offer various services offered by the Company.
2)To provide information through our information media and publications (including websites and e-mails), as well as to inform customers of sales and subscriptions to such media and publications.
3)To provide information on various seminars and workshops and to manage them
4)To make recommendations, statistics, surveys, etc. related to services provided by the Company
5)Responding to various inquiries to the Company
6)Recruitment and selection of executives and employees, and personnel management after employment
7)All other operations related to the aforementioned.
(3)Provision of personal information
We will not provide personal information obtained with the consent of the individual to any third party without the prior consent of the individual, except as otherwise required by law. We will disclose, correct, add, or delete personal information or notify the purpose of use of personal information at the request of the individual, in accordance with laws and regulations, and will respond appropriately to opinions and inquiries.
In principle, the Company shall not change the purposes of use specified in the preceding paragraph, except with the prior consent of the individual concerned. However, this shall not apply to cases in which the Company changes the purpose of use of personal information to the extent that it is reasonably deemed to have a reasonable relationship with the purpose of use before the change, after publicly announcing the purpose of use after the change in advance.
In the event that the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, the Company shall thoroughly examine the eligibility of the third party and shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the outsourced party to ensure the safe management of the personal information entrusted to the third party.
The Company will conduct inspections of its handling of personal information, management system, and initiatives, and continuously improve and review them.
When personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, the Company shall delete or dispose of such information in a manner that is necessary and appropriate to prevent external loss, etc., to the extent necessary for the performance of its business.
A dedicated contact point will be set up to appropriately respond to complaints, consultations, and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information, and efforts will be made to promptly respond to such complaints, consultations, and inquiries.
